Class- Lisa Everett

Lisa Everett, a clinical pharmacist and board-certified clinical nutritionist, is offering a monthly class for anyone eager to improve their health.  Lisa explains ways to lessen allergies, pains, auto-immune disorders, gastrointestinal issues, and ways to reduce symptoms of PMS and menopause. The information helps people make wise decisions about using hormone replacement therapy. Participants also learn the overwhelming role diet and nutrition plays in reversing common health issues.

 

The two-hour classes are held in the intimate conference room at O’Brien Pharmacy/Kansas City Holistic Centre, 5453 W. 61st Place, Mission, Kansas (Shawnee Mission Parkway and Nall). The cost is $75. Participants receive an information notebook with current literature about hormones and nutrition.

 

For years Lisa Everett shared her message of healthy living to medical students, health care professionals and clients. “Now our goal is to make information to improve one’s health accessible to the community,” says Lisa Everett.
